A Letter to the Ones Becoming

Becoming the best versions of ourselves is never easy. It can be humbling to be a thousand different editions of the same book—tweaking and editing every part that no longer fits our final story. To jump up in the morning with a fire burning, indistinguishably, a feverish need for urgency. The feeling that if this change doesn't happen now, it may never. In this moment, it presents the opportunity to connect with our higher calling, to commune with the divine, and take our destiny into the palm of our own hands.

What if this moment left us? Fleeting, as if our feet are stuck to the ground and we are left grasping for something we may never see, feel, or taste again?

That thought alone can be paralyzingly heartbreaking. I've never feared losing someone as much as I've feared losing my freedom—losing myself. The taste of becoming, undoing, and becoming again has left its mark on my spirit in an undeniably fulfilling way.

The fear of staying the same—of repeating cycles, rehearsing old patterns that no longer serve the shape of who we're meant to be—can be just as terrifying as the unknown. But if we lean into that fear, if we trust the flicker of knowing within, we can allow desire to lead us somewhere sacred.

Because desire isn’t just a spark—it’s a compass. A whisper from the soul reminding us what we’re here to feel, to embody, to live. And in following it, we don’t just change. We return. To our truth. To our power. To our becoming.

So, if you’re standing in that moment right now—caught between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming—take a breath. And then take the step. The story is still being written. And you are both the writer and the warrior.
